"I had been eagerly anticipating the performance, as I had been informed that it bore a resemblance to Trans Siberian Orchestra. However, it was a complete letdown! The visuals were outdated, uninspiring, and often unrelated to the music being performed.
The show lasted for 50 minutes before a 20-minute break. It was so unsatisfactory that we departed after the second song of the second set. If there was a way for me to receive a refund, I would pursue it without hesitation. I would advise against attending to anyone within my circle.
Our experience with Ticketmaster to secure tickets was troublesome. Despite eventually securing prime orchestra center seats, the show failed to meet our expectations. Opting to purchase a CD and enjoy it in the comfort of our living room would have been a superior choice."
